Cheap phone plans are those that definitely do not have any hidden charge.  If possible also, you should settle for those that offer unlimited services.  Some plans would impose additional charges if you try to contact a phone using another service provider.  If possible, try to avoid this, especially if most of the people that you are going to call have service providers different from yours.  It is best that you get a plan that would allow unlimited calls and internet access.
